Staff at Lynx Interior Design Group are extremely proud to announce their recent achievement in gaining the Investors In People standard and official recognition for the hard work and commitment that’s encouraged by the management team.
In March Lynx were assessed for the standard and since receiving confirmation that they had passed have been continuing to fulfil the criteria specified. Although they already had several systems and processes in place in order to maintain a good relationship between all employers and employees, the advice given by the consultant was greatly appreciated and very helpful.
Lynx are now looking towards the future and working with enthusiasm
in knowing that the environment in which they work is an influential
company in which they can progress and achieve there ambitions.
